Beautiful day but last 3 miles it got very cold especially on the downhill. No Aux battery. No battery used until mile 12 at Longmire. Main battery read 90%. L1 for the first 10 miles focusing on cadence being maintained between 75 and 85 rpm as a way of conserving leg muscles. My calculations was that I was using 3-4% for every mile in L1. L2 for the last 2 miles to Paradise. Battery at Paradise read 43% ie used 47%. But the amount of "useable" battery is 14% less so there really was only 29% and if I had started at 100% battery it would total only 39% which meant I could not do a second ride to Paradise on the main battery only. Bummmer
Lots of traffice heading down and really really cold for the first 5 miles.
