Andrew & I set off in a little rain to Petersfield. We soon dispensed with our rain jackets and made our way through lanes full of puddles and debris. Lots of rooks and pigeons about as well as LBJs. We enjoyed the fast descent of Stoner Hill before picking our way through dense traffic into the centre of the town. This was closed to traffic and packed with people who were enjoying the Xmas market. We found the little Hidden Kitchen where we had a snack before heading for home. Unfortunately just as we arrived at the bridge under the M3 I realised I had a flat tyre. We changed the tube but were unable to find the cause. Big mistake, within another mile or so it was flat again. Further inspection revealed a sharp object. This was removed and the tube patched and we made it home with no further problems.
