Great Divide mountain bike route day 25

2000 miles, 2/3 of the route complete
Island Park, Idaho to big sheep Canyon, Montana

The paddle through Centennial Valley and red rocks wildlife refuge was relatively flat and full of birds, including bluebirds, sandhill cranes and golden Eagles.

I surpassed the 2000 mile mark before reaching Lima, then peddling into big sheep Canyon which looks very much like an uncrowded Lesley Gulch in Oregon. The volcanic rock mix spectacular pillars forms and caves. This is my fourth hundred mile day on a trip as a camp by big sheep, creek

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
