L'Ametlla de Mar to Cunit

After seeing Ed off on the train hit the road with a most favorable following breeze and if the good Lord provides a tailwind you'd better use it !!
Not too much sightseeing today as just wanting to get up the road a bit and see if I can set myself up camping somewhere but did pass through Tarragona and rode thru the walled old city. Then just up the road on the old Roman via Augusta stopped at the Torre dels Escipions, a funerary structure dating from the 1st century!!!
Stopped at Cunit for the 'end of ride' , a swim and dinner and then off up the road a bit and we'll see what camp sites we can find??

Yes First century stuff is pretty unreal and to think that I'm traveling on the same road lines the Roman's did 2000 years ago!!
Tent site ok but bit too close to the road..(noisy) learning learning 😃
