After the hill ride Saturday it was an ask to do the A ride Sunday. Phil, Carlos, and Griff did the duo so I figured I had to. Legs felt good until after Church Hill, at Wawa my left quad needed to not be pushing. I fell off. I caught back up with grace of Johnsons traffic light, fell off again, caught up at the turn to Sharp, fell off, and luckily caught up again at the route 70 intersection. Did a good Sneaky Incline even though it was getting crowded out by Sophie. I moved over a shade to the right and she cuts right in on my lane. Evans Sprint I just took it easy and talked with Keith. Considering how bad my legs hurt 2 weeks ago when I did the duo this is much better. The long mechanical and rest stop (prior to the mechanical) was not helping my legs. But I feel pretty good. Good tip from Carlos on throwing more salt into my body with lemonade and pink himalayan salt. I add some honey to make it palatable.

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
