L2C Day 19

Set off a little sore this morning from the wakepaek the night before. Later start for us and a trip to the boulangerie in Toulouse for a “trendy” coffee and sandwich. Set off again along the canal, through and out of Toulouse - and went for a drink along the canal - a canal side cafe. We then continued again along the canal until a quick turn off from lunch (where Ben sprinted to!) and a lovely tapas lunch! Then we set off again and rode all the way throughgh to the campsite which is a nice rural place but lacks a town with food. We ended up eating in a nearby service station restuauranr - better than expected! I am definitely flagging both mentally and physically and think I need a cosy bed for a few nights now!

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
