Lost Lake Loop

This is a ride for the Tuesday nite NVP ride leaving out of Elm Street. I thought I would try it. I didn't like it. Too many busy roads and dangerous left turns. I rode with my road bike today, trying to get some hills in also. It was a perfect day but very windy, perhaps from Hurricane Erin. My right hip and back was hurting, I saw Dr. Webb this morning and we talked about my MRI which shows that I have stenosis of the right foramen at L4 and L5, which may be causing my hip pain. And, it was painful today getting out of the seat, as well as stiff and uncomfortable. I talked to Adam halfway through as we plan the Ohio to Erie trail ride in one week!

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
