Rail Trail training ride to Chelmsford

After lunch and going to the dump, started again at about 215, as if I had a lunch break. Going for another 30 miiles on the rail trail that is flat, this time. Felt pretty good, but my butt was hurting a little on the way back, and was getting a little tired. But, it wasn't hard to keep going at 13 mph on a flat ride. Beautiful perfect day too! Wanted to stop for coffee and pastry at the end of the trail in Chelmsford, but nothing was open just past 3. Finally found an ice cream bar at the Mobil convenience store near Kate's Corner, which only takes cash.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
