I got out a little earlier and half of the ride was done in daylight. I completely missed the what the temperature was supposed to be. I kinda froze out there it got down to 45* and I went out there in summer wear. I thought it would be 65*! The high moisture in the air made it so cold with the wind cutting thru me. I was hoping to warm up during the ride as I warmed up at the same time it got colder, lesson learned. I was debating between 10 to 20 miles but ended up going 30 miles. I did a route that I thought the traffic was going to be light especially heading back to into Fort Dix, another big mistake! The 4 miles from New Egypt to Browns Mills was the most heavy traffic on the entire ride. I've never seen the traffic so busy on that road with no shoulder to 2 foot wide and full of bumps holes and debris is not where you want to be... I won't be making that mistake again. I came up on an E-bike cyclist about mid way thru, luckily he had bright lights, I thought he might have been a car stopped on the side of the road. which I needed to slow down until there was a break in traffic to get around him. I was so happy to be off the road and back to low traffic again, where I can relax and just enjoy the ride. Be safe out there and enjoy the ride!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
