Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Ride this route frequently? Select the ride (or a section of it) in the elevation profile and create a segment to compare your ride performance against yourself (and others).
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The photos are for fun. I’ll delete them after you’ve seen this. Note: if you go to the workout stats page and scroll all the way to the comments at the bottom, you can see this in the correct format (with paragraph spacing, numbers, etc.) instead of one giant pile of text.
Dreamed about you last night. Not the way I used to - my last of those dreams was the one I told you about, right after our last time together. This dream was a reflection of what I’ve been dealing with for the past almost-3 weeks that I need to talk to you about on the phone.
I’m definitely nursing an (mild) Achilles injury. Started this run and my right Achilles went “NOPE.” I should have stopped running on Tuesday when it really started hurting, but I only had 10 min left in that workout and decided to finish. UGH.
Fortunately it doesn’t bother me for walking or cycling, and feels fine with calf raises (an improvement from 3 days ago) but I might be scrapping running for the remainder of the season to let this heal. Which is incredibly frustrating given my current progress: I really wanted to test my true speed over a shorter course in a competitive format. I think I have a sub 55 min 10k in me and was really looking forward to proving it.
