Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

From my Pandora mostly instrumental chill-out music station:
1. Island Trip - instrumental. Has a jazzy feel to it, but the beautiful acoustic guitar lines in it is what I love the most about it.
2. Stress - Despite its name, it’s not stressful at all. I LOVE the cascade of instrumental layers in this one. It’s one of those songs that if I close my eyes, I can see swirls of colors that correspond to each instrument layer, and feel the music across my skin. (I’m a synesthete. I can see, and sometimes physically feel, some music.)
3. Lebanese Blonde (Remastered 2022) - the sitar line in this one is freaking glorious!!!!!! It also has a jazzy feel, but with Middle Eastern flavor. Super cool song, and another chill-out favorite. The imagery of the lyrics is beautiful, but this one is more about the music than the lyrics for me. I love pretty much anything and everything by Thievery Corporation.

Did that thing where I’m lazy about switching to lighter weights so just went heavier instead.
1. Barbell bench press:
Warmed up to 4 working sets of 8 reps @ 75 lbs
2. Bent over barbell rows:
Picked up same loaded barbell and did 3 x 10 reps, still @ 75 lbs
3. Upright barbell rows:
4 x 10 @ 45 lbs
4. Superset x 3:
• Hammer curls x 12 @ 17.5 lbs
• Triceps extensions x 12 @ 30 lbs
5. Superset x 3:
• Single leg calf raises x 10 reps each side @ 35 lbs
• Ab roll-outs x 10 reps
6. Bird dog rows:
DBs are stuck behind my bikes right now (getting a second bike rack this weekend) so just grabbed a KB. Could feel every muscle in my core with 25 lbs - normally would have used the 17.5 DB. Need to stick to the 25s now!
3 x 10 reps each side @ 25 lbs
