Hi-yo, Silver! Mike Oldfield's version of the "William Tell Overture" led off an inspiring prog-rock playlist that concluded operatically with Renaissance's "Mother Russia". Inspiration was required for the five hard sprint intervals on this ride. We did laps of Glasgow, including the "Clyde Kicker" climb, but were advised to keep it easy everywhere but the "Champion Sprint". Did that. In the process I also finally finished the Tour of Italy challenge. My sprints were consistent, peaking about 440w or 6w/kg. That's a 3-month record between 2sec and 20sec and a year's record at 20sec. Overall Zwift Power gives me an average 1.7w/kg or 123w (150w normalized), reflecting the interval nature of the workout.

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
