Just stepped up to Level 63. Not bad for an old retiree! With the hectic pre-retirement weeks behind me and the prospect of my time being my own, I need to get into proper, regular habits. No rotting on the couch! So I am here tonight crit racing and signed up for the Rapha Festive 500! That may be overly ambitious, but no guts, no glory. Tonight, Zwift Power gives me an average 1.9w/kg or 134w (135w normalized). That's good for 2nd place, where we three kings all rode largely together and finished within seconds of each other. It helped that all the hot shots dropped out early for some reason. Continued listening to my Amazon Music top tunes 2025 list - all bangers, of course.

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
