I have started taking supplements. I took 3 Hammer Pri Insurance Caps, and some of the GNC AMP Products. I think it had a bad reaction with my stomach. By the end of the ride my calves were starting to cramp. I do not think this was a water intake issue, I have been really hammering the water.
The workout was very tough, I started off hard, average watts over 330. I had to shift numerous times. Typically, on the 20 minute workouts, I can settle in and maintain a pretty constant power and speed. This time I fough it the whole 20 minutes. In a way I guess there is some value to that. I did finish up averaging about 294 watts for the 20 minutes. This is my new indoor high for peak 20.
Interesting to take the 12 - 20 minute efforts over the last month and co0mpare them with the multi-file analysis. I think that I am seeing some real heart rate, cadence trends. If I was smarter on the subject I think that I could actually start developing a training and racing strategy.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
