Charles Kyle wrote Nice morning, left out of Todd's Hotel. Noodled along down Eisenhower and into Old Town, hoped on the trail toward Reagan. I got up on the Parkway and did the first 1 minute max. Good spin. Found my way down to Reagan and hoped over onto the Economy Parking drive. Did the three half sprints. I am not sure what half/half sprints are. I am assuming they are not full out, so I did 15 seconds standing, good effort, with 15 seconds sitting. The first two were a little short, I must count faster than 1 second. So I will adjust for that next time.
Pedaled back to Old Town and did another 1 minute max. Got into Ol' Town with the intent of the third 1 minute on Eisenhower. I hung out a little long in Old Town and then was rushed back to the hotel. All in all not bad.
Bike felt fine, I seem to be having a little issue with the rear wheel it seems "loose' (not as stiff as before). Tire seems a little flat even at 110 psi.
Right knee was a little painful, and right calf seemed to cramp a little. I am not sure if it is the bike "fit" or just the amount of usage on the legs the last week.
I have been wearing the compression pants each night to help the leg fatigue. ***

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
