Séance d'HT : A priori il y a un bug dans l'application ICTRAINER. Je viens d'importer un fichier GPX crée avec l'application GARMIN et je ne peux pas choisir la position de départ. Donc je refais un fichier GPX toujours avec GARMIN ainsi je n'ai pas à choisir un point de départ. Une fois le fichier ouvert dans l'application il y a la possibilité de mieux gérer le profil afin d'éviter les pics mais ce n'est pas gagné. Il y a aussi la possibilité de trouver un compromis afin d'être au mieux en phase avec la vitesse du cycliste rouge. Après cette perte de temps je commence la séance sur ce tracé avec les cotes de FLEURY la RIVIERE - CORMOYEUX - LA PRESLE - MONTCHENOT. Lutter contre le cycliste rouge ce n'est pas évident mis à part y laisser beaucoup de force. Je pédale à mon rythme. Je trouve néanmoins des pics malgré la modération du profil. Maintenant il reste le test à deux. Cette application est mieux que celle d'ELITE.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
