Started out upper 40’s ended up mid 80’s sunny and winds out of the NE gust up to 18 mph.
Today’s workout was to stay between 91 & 131 watts for 3 hrs 15 min. That was really hard to do with such a massive tail wind inbounds outbound but I pretty much managed.
At the coast rode over to Huntington Beach and it as obvious that it was MAGA Town today. Absolutely zero non whites visible anywhere around the beach, the trail or downtown! Everywhere had a strange zombies soulless aura to it. Very strange.
The ride back hit massive headwinds half way to the 2nd wooden bridge.
A guy came by on an electric assisted geared beach cruiser doing about 24 mph and I jump on his draft for about 8 miles. Once he turned off trail it wasnt long before an 8 man paceline came by and I jumped onto their draft and works my way to the front taking 3 different 3 mile long pulls at the front at 2 mph higher pace than they seemed to be able to do when I was not on the front. Good group chemistry. Half of them dropped off about 5 miles before Yorba Regional Park and the other half called it a day at Yorba Regional. I headed on home another 26 miles solo into the head wind.
All my 22 oz bottles had honey and Mortal Hydration Electrolyte in them. Had 5 bottles total and 4 of my French bread: Ciabatta Baguette🥖 honey 🍯 and vegan Boursin spread.

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
