Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

OMG OMG OMG this run!!!
I ran in downtown bc it’s flatter. I was wheezy again this morning, so I decided to stick to the lower end of the watt ranges while maintaining high cadence, and play the intervals by ear.
Yes, this is the sickest I’ve been in at least 8 years. I also don’t have the cure I had last year for all my ailments (from headaches to the bronchitis I ran through last winter - the bronchitis only lasted a week, up until I could get my cure BID - TID for a few consecutive days), so I’m blaming that for this being so relentless. I’m on the tail end of 10 days of augmentin and a second pred taper. I am MUCH better. But this cough fucking sucks. It’s going on 3 weeks now of this bullshit.
Anyway. The 15 min sets were wonderful. The hard/slow intervals were interesting. I basically ran the hard intervals in negative splits as I tested how hard I could go. (Good enough but not my best.) I went through some wheeziness in the 1 min hard intervals, but felt better than at the start during the second 15 min set. I did cut out the last 1 min intervals: I was tired; decided to listen to my body. My HR tells the tale of how hard my body was really working despite not pushing.
I am SO FREAKING PROUD OF MY CADENCE OH MY GOD!!! I was pulling WAY back on the “rest” intervals, and my cadence is essentially a straight line. My watts were ranging from 175 to 310 and I STILL managed an average cadence of 180! 🤯🥳
Note the HR PRs. This run should
have been 145-152 at the effort I was putting out. :/
