Abbreviated loop with Kira and Ant, and a High Aerobic Shortage.
Didn't go hard up OLH, we were keeping it easy, but a little after passing (upper) Upenuf, I decided to push it to the end. I quickly realized I hadn't really pushed my lungs enough for the effort. A couple turns after the stop light, Ant started to catch up to me and Kira wasn't that far behind. I did manage to sprint the last part but I didn't have the aerobic capacity, as mentioned earlier, to keep the sprint going from the bottom of the last left hander to the top like I normally do.
My Garmin has telling me that I have a High Aerobic Shortage for a while now and it shows. I thought I was going to have a heart attack at the top of OLH.
The ride was otherwise pleasant. I had to get home for work and skipped the extra loop of WOLH that Kira and Ant did. I also wanted to pick up some Chocolate Pistachio Kouign Amanns but The Village Hub was out of them so I got something from The Village Bakery instead.
I need to up my ride intensity if I want to get anywhere near my OLH PR again.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
