Kildare Kilmeade Cuckhills XRd Moyne Castledermot Carlow

A good cycle but very undulating . Just before Moyne and from there on it was up and down all the time and as usual it seemed to be moe up than down . I hit Carlow with only a few minutes left till the train left but it was late so I was OK. I got a much earlier train than intended so it was allright and also it was one of the fast trains which only stopped in a few towns so I was home in about an hour. Weather was just OK and it could have been a bit warmer but it was only the end of February . So we could have even colder weather on te way too. But it is still very wet . It did not rain but the nearest thing . It was a nice cycle but I am very tired

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
