今天的路線是風濕召集。以往,我們都是從石門甲直上昂平,或者沿海邊踩到深屈,再從深屈道踩上昂平。但係這次是乘客貨車,從東涌連人帶單車直達昂平,我們共五個人,剛好一架車。
乘車上昂平,使我們節省體能,直接反影在我們在騎行時的體能表現,再而在路線各段的所需時間都有所改進。
今天活動大致順利,只是在紅牛的碎石坡段落坡時,摔倒幾次。猶幸護甲發揮作用,沒有嚴重受傷。
大澳午飯後,因為風濕趕時間先走,繼而 lawfung 和俊仔選擇從大澳乘船回家,最後只剩下阿樂和我兩人踩回東涌。我特意繞道,帶阿樂去看嶼北界石。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
