I once I got out to the main road, I met up with Mr. Wind we road together for this ride, I did the pulling into a strong headwind as Mr. Wind laughed for the first 3.5 miles, When we made the right turn onto Rte 70 he stayed to my side as I took the brunt of the side wind. I was able to get up to riding pace, for 2.5 miles, we made a right and Mr. Wind took the lead and I hoped on his wheel he pulled the next 2.5 miles. then I pulled the last 3 miles before he went on his way! I was a much faster ride than I expected and to my surprise as well as feel pretty good for not riding, I guess maybe all the physically work I had been doing may have helped. Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
