2019 07 29 沙頭角 <> 大梅沙

找尋明成北醫院 - 小布騎遊

明成北這個行程，原本是約了長毛同行，但係經過 28 號早上一場大雨，而 29 號天氣預測和 28 號沒有兩樣，因此決定取消騎行。一宿無話，早上起來，外面雖然沒雨，但係天色陰暗，沒多久真的下雨了，雨雖不大，卻讓我覺得行程取消是一個正確的決定。雨停後，天色漸轉明朗，到了十點幾，陽光耀眼，實在待不下去了，立刻收拾出動。

明成北醫院在那裏呢？明成北醫院實際是不存在的，這是在電視劇『白色強人』故事發生的醫院。『白色強人』收視很高，而在劇中出現的醫院場景，讓大家都驚嘆，這醫院太漂亮了，紛紛打聽，這醫院究竟在那兒？最後打聽出來的結果是這『醫院』不在香港，現實是位於大梅沙的萬科國際會議中心。

全個萬科國際會議中心都有圍網，進出口都有門衛，一般人不能隨便進入，只能於外圍繞個圈，找地方拍照以示到此一遊。

從鹽田騎往大梅沙，開始一段因為有建築工程，要踩馬路，之後就一路都是踩海濱棧道。棧道途中有四個（五個？）台階的斜道，全部能騎上去，回程也能夠全部騎下來。在鹽田去大梅沙這程，一路天色陰暗，下著小雨點。

路線：沙田角口岸、金融街、公園路、臨海路、深鹽路、海鮮街、鹽梅路、大梅沙繞圈、鹽梅路、海鮮街、深鹽路、沙鹽路、沙田角口岸

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
