SFVBC ride from CSUN for the 75 mile Hidden Valley ride, starting out Mulholland to Cornell, out Hidden Hills, and back through Simi Valley and over Santa Susana Pass. Tim, Stan and I stayed on Mulholland instead of turning onto Cornell, and made the Rock Store climb, and then descended Decker. We picked up the club on Westlake Blvd (after their rest stop) on its way to Potrero. We were caught in a couple of thunder storms as we went through the Conejo Valley area, and were reasonably close to a few lightening strikes; we were soaked just before a rest stop, and then again after we had nearly dried out. Rode with Tim to his home, and then continued a short loop around the valley to finish off the century. I did not start computer until I was well along Nordholl from CSUN, so the map only shows 98.4 miles; the actual distance of the ride was 100.4 miles (see the route).
