Taper Trail Ride on the Great Western 8-23-19

Seven. Gorgeous day, low 70's, low humidity, mostly sunny, moderate ENE wind which wasn't really a factor on the trail. Started the ride at the Sycamore trail head and did an out and back to Leroy Oakes FP in St Charles. Flatted on the way out in Lily Lake, then again 3 miles from the finish. Limped back with a couple of CO2 cartridges then walked the last 1.5 miles. Last ride before Race the Lake on Sunday. Probably should have taken it easier but the legs felt great.

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
