Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It is on the warm side, in the low 80's. Winds from the North West and on the cool side. I wore the standard summer kit. The legs felt average to start. My left quad was hinting on soreness, but got better as the ride progressed. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. I headed to the top of Highline with no delay. I had a generous tailwind. Then around the Buffalo neighborhood. I hopped back onto Highline for the return while going into a headwind. The descent off OTR was relaxing. I stopped once to take photos of the local horses. Then the push over Mariposa. I shut it down when I made my way back to the top of Weston.
Concentration as good. I had tons to think about, so time went quick. The morale was on the positive side and patience was in check. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. The soreness in the left quad went away. Nutrition was good. I had a bowl of oatmeal with grapes for breakfast. I drank most of my sport drink, no water. Gear held up perfectly. Other notes, no cyclists today.
