Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is supposed to warm up this week. I got out a bit earlier this time. It was around the upper 70's, cool winds from the North West. I wore the standard summer kit. I made it to the top of the descent in good average time. As I was making my way to the top of WTR, I saw a cyclist in the distance. So, somewhat of a carrot at that point. I cruised the downhill and put in two digs on the risers. I reached the base in good average time. I spared no time and headed back when I got there. The climb went quick. The guy that was ahead of me was nowhere to be seen. He eventually caught up to me and passed me. I went about my business. After the major climbing began, I pulled back the guy ahead of me. I eventually passed him. I was having a good day. I was able to keep a high tempo most of the way up. I was monitoring my HR most of the time. After the second dip, I continued to feel good so I kept the tempo going. As I was about to crest the summit, I was listening to my music while guessing if I could make it to the summit before the song ended. I was able to do it. After making it to the summit, I took a few moments to recover on the bike and then headed back home. I shut it down after the dig to the top of Weston.
Concentration was good. I had stuff to think about and the morale felt good. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I had a bowl of oatmeal and half a banana for breakfast. I drank most of my powder drink, no water during the ride. Ailments were minimal. Just the usual hand soreness that goes away after shaking them. Gear worked perfectly. The new handlebar tape feels good. I need to finish up the contact points with extra protection.
Other notes, there was no one at the Loop today.
