Four long Biltmore loops

Rode by myself Amy did two laps I did four. A nice day, rode the Roubaix with my new comfort shorts, which felt good on the saddle, although a little tight. Also used the sandles which were fine until the end I felt a little soreness walking around, on the outside of the right side, where I would clip out. Hammy and groin seemed ok surprisingly. I am taking prednisone, starting today to deal with my ruptured disk, and I felt fine also. I was getting tired on the last lap, but at least I didn't bonk.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
