小布大盤改雙餅後,試了幾次路,但係還未上大帽山。上個星期因為選擇了用硬架去鶴咀,趁過年前最後一個星期六,完成家庭崗位任務後,決定踩一次大帽山。
路線方面,曾經想過第一次試車的路線,從大棠上去大帽山;但係想到上去荃錦坳的幾個大坡,有點氣餒。最後決定從荃灣上去。
從迴旋處上到荃錦坳,小休兩次。連休息時間,用了一小時一分。幾個月前,用避震架的時間約 45 分鐘。
接著是踩上汽車禁區閘前,接近兩公里。這段路有多處是 1:8 的坡,全日最辛苦的一短,中間多次停下休息,連休息計,用了約 35 分鐘。從禁區閘到雷達站,約 2.6Km,都是緩坡,小休一次,用時也是 35 分鐘左右。
落山後,因為要到洪水橋,平大師的車店取回遺留的零件,所以選擇了經大欖林道落去大棠。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
