-Returning to old seat heigth and tilting handlebars up a bit seemed to really make for a good fit. I'm still running the 90mm stem which is about an inch longer than my SLR & it's an inch lower too, but I'm thinking this may work and I may not need to shorten the stem or raise the angle. I like being a bit lower in front and a bit more aero. My back is not squawking so the early returns are good.
-We traveled across a few poor roads and I swithced on the full suspension (90 degree turn from lock out to full suspension) several times and really smoothed out the ride. The carbon bars with the wing design and flat tops really are making my hands way happier. No numbness at all. It's all good.
-When I turn to lock out the front suspension I really notice the rapid pick up when I stand and get on it. Very responsive! No wasted energy.
-my energy today was good. I was able to stay with Terry and Barry on the way back plus we went into the park for extra miles and I still had good energy so I'm getting in better shape and/or the bike is helping. I like both senarios!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
