Not one of my better days today, I think the Carrot cake muffin at Panera Bread this morning was a bad choice for breakfast. Then I thought the 17/92 bridge climb was some what harder than it has been before, little did I know but my front tire was following in the footsteps of the New England Patriots Super Bowl footballs. That really turned on the light bulb as we were getting ready to depart for the SHG as it was totally flat now, so we took advantage of the picnic tables and shade to change the now completely flat front tire. Things held together pretty good until we left the SHG on our way home and I started to feeling a little nauseated so dropped of the front just in case that carrot cake needed to make an exit. I dropped way behind at that point and said hello to the carrot cake for the second time at the top of the bridge. If you live along the St Johns river and dead fish start washing up in your yard my name is Fred Smith, I am in the phone book call me. It was a struggle but I got home and I will be ready to go again tomorrow.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
