Arney's Mt to Springfield to New Egpyt Via Rte 206 - Main Rd - Rte 537 - Rte 528 to Ft Dix Rd on Specialized Tarmac. Again thnis was supposed to be a recovery ride and I did attempted to after 8 miles the effort started to creep up, Once on Rte 206 the easy ride was over the longer the ride harder I went. I was on roads that I haven't ridden in almost 6 years... memories of my old self was popping out with Mr Wind right there the entire ride giving me a hand when needed and testing me when I least wanted tried to really break me 9 miles to go out in the open and going up a small bumpy incline section of road, my legs were burning, I was breathing hard and out of breath, slowing down... I thought for a second I would shift to an easier gear sping up the little hill and regroup and build back up. It dawned on me that when I take my time going up hill it hurts a lot more and my power output is almost the same at the slower pace. I dropped down 2 gears stood up and powered up the hill surpassing the speed and watts I was riding at and working up the average speed by 2 tenth at the speed I was managing I thought it would be a lot more!!!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
