Laps 1 and 2 were generally high cadence with headwinds going up Lowell Road.
After Lap 1 went to Dunkin for a coke and a glazed donut.
Some of the coke into the OJ bottle, some save for later.
Lap 3 - Ditched the CRW jersey middle layer as temps had gone up.
Goal was to hold HR to 110 or less. Occasionally went as high as 113, but generally low. It is evident in the plots. This was done to help leave some energy for Sunday's Century.
Lap 4 - For some reason I decided to work hard - don't know if it will affect Sunday's Century try.
Saw Rita Cramer in Carlisle on Lap 3, perhaps Larry Kernan on Rt 62 in Bedford - Someone said "Hi" before I got a good look.
On the phone - got a "Straight line" error between mile 54 and 56. On the other laps that's also 2ish miles, but those laps cross the Concord river on the bridge, while lap 4 is a "Flyover"
Strangely the overall distance is 63.6 - The Garmin produced a similar distance. They are pretty close these days.
There is a picture of a porta-potty on Lowell Rd just before the pond. There is another picture at 186 Lowell Rd that looked like a memorial - just some stuff a lady was throwing away. I did speak to her because it had the look of funeral picture of a young girl for those who couldn't attend the "funeral" because of COVID. The lady laughed when I mentioned my concern.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
