這個星期,我們不是踩大欖一帶,是踩九龍坑山,我們好耐沒踩過這路線了,共有十幾位車友參加。
九龍坑山的越野路線,基本是踩上九龍坑山半山,然後落鶴藪水塘方向,途中沿鶴藪家樂徑騎往沙羅洞;今天也是如此。
上九龍坑山的路,是一條極陡斜,非常破爛的水泥車路,踩上去是很不容易的事,尤其是用長行程避震單車,再加上天氣酷熱,除了 Ben 的電助車,其餘全部人都有推行上山,我是推了九成九。
落山的山徑,有難有易,其中有幾處陡直的梯級,我也是推行下去的。我們一路落到山徑的交界位小休,在休息期間,原本正常有說有笑的飛龍,變化越來越差,面責唇白,躺在地上休息,看來不似中暑,應該是熱衰竭。經過大家一番努力撥涼、淋水,路過行山人士的藥油,面色漸見好轉。在此停留了約一個小時,休息過後,飛龍竟然又可以繼續騎行。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
