NUT PLAN:
RS 0- Extra H2O for HR 1
RS 1- Mile 28. 7-11 on Rt 211
-H20 FOR HR 2
RS 2- Mile 42. Reuwer's Grocery on Eggsbornsville Rd, on left
-H20 FOR HR 3
RS 3- Mile 59. Skyward's Cafe in Flint Hill on right.
-H20 FOR HR 4

HR 0. Mile 0- UCAN Bar/TAIL(2)
HR 1. Mile 15- Banana/TAIL(2). Right after Hume.
HR 2. Mile 32- Potatoes/TAIL(2). After RS1 and before Rixlyville
HR 3. Mile 50- Nut Butter/TAIL(2). When Richmond Rd does sharp right at Laurel Mills Rd
HR 4. Mile 67- Waffle/TAIL(1)

ACTUAL NUT: Was right on.
NOTES: Overall physically, felt good most the day but legs were tired alot and left hamstring was tweeking some. Mixed in 85% and 95% short intervals. Got hot in the end- temp was only about 85 but very humid.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
