Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather has warmed up a bit. In the 70's. Cool winds from the South East. I decided to go to the Alpine Forest and back. I adjusted my cleats. The left cleat feels good. The right, not so good. Will have to inspect both. I've positioned them as per a closer q-factor. The ride went well. Making to the end of OTR in average time. I adjusted the seat just a bit to the right. It feels better. I was going into the wind, going up the Banducci wall and the Alpine Forest. I was using my 32T on a few occasions. I reached 44 MPH on the descent. I took a few moments rest at the summit and then headed back down. Some traffic mitigation, all the while. I was concerned about the turbulent wind condition. It turned out to be safe, descending the Banducci wall. From there it was to OTR and back. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about, and the morale was good. Balance and form was good, but the right cleat needs adjusting. Ailments, some soreness in my left thumb. Gear worked perfect. Nutrition was perfect. Mostly Gatorade. No water. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
