It was sunny and warm when not moving but the wind chill at this time of the year is so hard to predict. It was supposed to get up to 16-17C (low 60s F) which is normally just short sleeves and shorts - no extra layers. With the wind chill while moving though it felt more like 10-12C (low 50s F) and I kept my arm warmers and vest on the whole time even though there were points where it was too warm for them.
Overall the ride was super chill. At the end of it, I felt so fresh.
For lunch we stopped at a Togo's. Rolling up to it, I saw there was a donut shop right next door and I got excited until I saw it was closed. :(
Luckily there was a Krispy Kreme on the route not far from Togo's! :)
My wrist is feeling better but still not 100%. We decided to stay inland just in case my wrist started to feel worse. Luckily it never did. On the hoods, I was pain-free but every bump felt like a big one to my sprained wrist.
The worst part was the first section of gravel we did, which was quite bumpy. Later sections were beautifully smooth.
Also another bikefecta week riding all three bikes - gravel, MTB, road.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
