Night Rider does a cool to cold wet and breezy ride... this was a very tough ride for me not in terms of effort but my body was just not feeling right especially my legs! i started later than intended because of rain, when I finally started the rain seemed like it was waiting for me but stopped about 3 miles into the ride. it seems the rain was being very choosy some areas were dry while other were very wet. I was feeling so bad at the start and since it was raining I was just going to to 10 miles but when I got to the 10 mile turn it stopped so I kept going in hopes I would feel better, it5 never happened. I was wearing a little too much caused me to sweat up a storm at 25 miles I sweated so much I had to change gloves, I also took a refuel, pit stop and rest stop again hoping to make me feel better, no good. On I went I got about 5 miles out and hit a groove in the road and felt that it wasn't good, it was a slow leak, I kept going for a mile where I found a spot with a lot of lighting and a low retainer wall that I was able to use as a seat while I changed the tube. I finally got it done and prepared to ride the last miles home. I didn't realize how et I was until I started to put on my gloves which were soaked as if I put them in water, but my bad luck I only carried one extra set, my chain was not sounding right so I stopped again to look at it, it was not on the bottom jockey wheel so I adjusted it in place, off I go again now I was freezing thing the temped dropped but it didn't it was me and the very wet air, si I zipped up my jacket which was only zipped 1/2 ways. about 22 miles down the road I started to warm back up. glad the finally came to an end and I got my full distance... majority of this ride was in high zone 1 with mid zone 2 taking the next big chunk with the rest spread out!
