Going back to pick up the bike workouts that I skipped since the scoring bug gave them to us for free. This one was lots of short hard reps. Did the first couple of sets at full power, which was serious suffering. I really only wanted moderate misery, so I dialed the bias down to 90%. Elvis Costello popped in to "Pump It Up" for the very last rep.
"This session can be classified as short, high-intensity interval (HIIT) reps... This workout consists of 4x6 minute reps, broken into two rounds of 50 seconds at above FTP and only allows for 10 seconds of recovery. Then you’ll hit it hard for 40 seconds above FTP again with just 20 seconds recovery. And finally, you’ll crush 30 seconds above FTP with 30 seconds recovery to close it out."

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
