Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I wasn't quite sure where to go today. I decided to head up to the Banducci summit and see how I felt. When I got out the door, I felt a lack of energy. So, I was drinking my Gatorade faster than normal. I had sufficient clothing, so my body wasn't having to work extra hard. I made it to the end of OTR in average time. Banducci went well. I kept the tempo steady. At this point, my energy levels felt a bit better. After making it to the summit, I took a few moments rest. I felt much better and decided to head out to SS. The descent was fun, doing my tuck. The way to SS went quick. The wind was from the North West, but mild. I made my way around SS and reached the tunnel in about 1:05-ish hours. I zipped through town and headed back on the farm lands. I kept the tempo steady. The wind was somewhat turbulent. Definitely, not a a tail wind entirely. I made it to Boss Hogs in about 1:27-ish hours. So, I gave up about two minutes on the flats. The last climb went well. I was about done with my Gatorade and was drinking water at this point. After reaching the summit, I pulled over to hydrate and feed a Cliff Bar. I also swapped the GoPro battery. I got back on the road and onto Route 202, minimal traffic mitigation. Once on OTR, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. The music definitely helped, and the morale was good. Balance and form was good. Gear worked great. I had the headset replaced yesterday and the bike feels very quiet. Ailments, minimal soreness in the legs and hands. Nutrition was good. I had just about all my provisions that I brought. I was about 1/3 of my water remaining when I got back. Other notes, I saw only one other cyclist as I was decending OTR.
