Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I got up early in the morning. It allowed me to get out somewhat earlier than normal. I decided to head out to the Alpine Forest. The weather was great. I overdressed. I made it to the end of OTR and removed my jacket. I put it around my waist. I removed my head cap as well. The climb up Banducci went well. The dense air was helping quite a bit. I was listening to my music as I was ascending Arosa. Definitely helped the miles go by. I was at max when I reached Lemans. I made my way around the backside and then up to the Banducci summit. I took a few moments rest. I put my jacket on when I was exiting the Alpine Forest and then put my head cap back on when I reached the summit. From there, I headed down the mountain. Some traffic mitigation along the way. Descending off the Banducci wall was fun. Doing my tuck, nearing 40 MPH. Concentration was good for the most part. I was having to coach a bit. Ailments were minimal. Balance and form was good. Gear worked great. I cleaned out my cleats the other day, so the ride was very quiet. Nutrition was good. I was starting to get a bit of hunger signs in the last 15 or 20 minutes. I had enough Gatorade to stave it off. Other notes, I saw one casual cyclist on the ascent up Arosa. A bunch of walkers today, as well.
