Went on a solo ride today. Roger couldn't go, so I decided to do the 3 lap ride around Stallion Springs. The weather was great, a little warm with a cool breeze. The winds were blowing from the north. I did real good tempo today. No heroics, but many little digs along the way. My concentration was right on. No serious ailments, a little soreness in the lower back, right calf a little. I had just enough water and gatorade to last me the trip home. Any more and I would have had to stop at a quickie mart to restock. The laps went pretty fast, and I was surprised to see the good time that I was doing. Bike is doing well, dropped my chain 2 or 3 times though. Not sure if I need to adjust it. Will have to see how it goes in the next few rides.
