This ride can be divided into 3 parts 25 miles (solo avg speed 19.5 mph and watts 185/ warm and breezy); met up with the ladies 15 miles of several nice steep hill climbs at a comfortable pace (I was not able to ride the hills with any speed or power every time I push the pedals too hard the chain would slip (chain and cassette are new, bottom bracket has just enough play to cause crank to wobble) at the end of part two we finally met up another rider that was supposed to ride with us but got a late start... I was early by a few minutes and missed the start location going nearly 2 miles past and going in circles, then was told were the start was got there and no one so now I was two minutes late so I shot to where the first turn and decided to try and contact them. Just as I was about to ride the route to catch them thinking they were maybe a miie or three ahead they showed up, lol. It was great company warm and breezy ride; The final phase of the ride was 25 solo miles of night riding in very chilly to cold, very breezy and more hills but nothing as steep. To stay warm I had to push the pedals much harder than I was hoping to do as it got colder harder I had to work it... was all good!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
