Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I have a lot on my plate today. I decided to get out for a ride ASAP. The weather is perfect. Sunny, winds from the North West, nice and cool. The legs felt good from the start. I made it to the summit of the descent in good average time. I cruised the downhill. After making it to the base, I headed back. I decided not to remove any layers. I had to pull over once to take a phone call that lasted about 3 minutes, then got back on the road. From there it was non-stop. The legs felt good. I was doing no less than moderate tempo. I had incentive, so that gave me a bit extra boost. I made it through the landmarks and the miles went fast. Listening to the music helped. Playing the where will I be when the next song starts game. It helped. Concentration was good. I had lots to think about and the morale was high. Balance and form was good. Gear worked perfect. Nutrition was good. I think I had less than half my Gatorade bottle. Other notes, I saw two cyclists on their way back as I was descending. They looked to be my equal if not better. There were some trains passing by and tourists at the Loop Monument.
