Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Today's weather was great. Low 70's winds from the north-west. I definitely felt better today, in terms of my rib ailments. I was able to get out the saddle with less pains. I still can't stay out of the saddle as much as I would like. But it does feel like I'm making progress. The other issue was breathing. I can't take deep breaths yet. Today I was able to go about one or two miles further. Overall, despite the ailments, I felt pretty good. Form and balance felt good today. My legs felt like they were dialed in better. I think the new saddle position is helping. Other ailments consisted of some pains on my inner right thigh. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I think it has to do with the lower body exercised I did yesterday. I have a slight saddle sore. I used a small Vaseline patch, I hardly felt any discomfort on the ride. Gear is working well. I'm going to receive my new parts tomorrow. Hopefully install them before Thursday's ride.
