Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I wasn't sure where to go riding today. I decided on Highline to the Walmart bike path. I think I got it right. The legs felt average at best. The wind was picking up too. I rode with Peggy today, so we did the planned meet up the road approach. After making it to the summit of Highline, I waited at the summit. There was a road that went south. I explored it by about a quarter mile. and headed back to regroup with Peggy. We made our way down the hill and then to the Walmart bike path. After making it to the end, we turned around. No stopping. We took some photos on the way back through the bike path. After that, we headed to Apache and Highline. A few hundred yards east of the bike path. The next regroup point was the top of Highline, on the way back. From there, we made our way back to OTR. From there it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. My patience proved essential. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Some gastro soreness that was mitigated by drinking water instead of Gatorade. The sit bones became sore sometimes, but nothing detracting and mitigated by standing out of the saddle. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I had most of my Gatorade and about half water. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
