Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I got my first dose of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine yesterday. I feel perfectly fine. I have a slightly sore left shoulder. Otherwise, no excess fatigue at the moment. The weather is warm, but manageable. I decided on an easy route because I wasn't sure how the body was going to respond. Turns out that I felt pretty good. I made it to the summit of OTR in average time. I made my way up Highline doing moderate tempo up the mile climb. I descended down to the Walmart bike path and made my way to the turn-around. When I got there, I spared no time and headed back. I reached Highline feeling good and then headed up the last major climb. I was going into a headwind as I was ascending. I adjusted my tempo as necessary. I was able to keep the power down as I reached the last hundred yard kicker. From there I descended and headed my way back to Banducci and OTR. It was mostly fun and games after that. Concentration was good. I had some things to think about and the morale was good. Balance and form was good. Gear worked perfect. Ailments, left shoulder soreness from the Pfizer vaccine. Nutrition was good. I had no hunger signs. I drank most of my Gatorade and minimal water. I got my GPS to work as it was before having problems with Bluetooth connectivity. Tehachapi is going to have a "mini" fondo ride on September 25th of this year. They plan on having a 20 and 40 mile ride. It starts at 7AM, but you can leave any time from then till 9AM. I'll show up bright and early. Kern Wheelmen are going to hold the Spooktacular ride. Pending their official announcement. There were no other cyclists today.
