This night ride wasn't easy nor on the hard side. I was very sore trying to walk but once on the bike things felt much better. I could feel that I didn't have the power to ride hard nor did I really want too. It was supposed to pour but I was hoping to get done before the down pour. The cloud covering was so thick I couldn't get a GPS signal for most of the ride as I rode north past where I got on Rte 70 the road was wet and got wetter the further I went, I turned around when I could see rain starting, the rain never caught up with me. I was in for a big surprise when I dismounted the bike my legs were just as sore as it was when I started the ride, I almost fell over. I will need to do another bout with the pistol massager, the back massager and hand roller to finish up my self massage. Tomorrow I think a shorter recovery ride and definitely some stretching.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
