First 18 miles and last 22 miles were solo and the middle miles were with two others Janilsa and Chris. It was humid the entire ride, 91* degrees at the start and 89* with group up to 35 miles from then on it was a slow gradual cool down until my finish at 79*. I was surprised I was not more beat up by the heat, I did finally drink as much as the Garmin Hydration recommended, maybe there's something to it! I didn't take as much nourishment as it dictated, I was about 300 calories short and I was that close because I had 400 calories just before the ride, which felt great and I should have eaten a little the last 22 miles which I didn't. Hopefully, lesson learned, I need something a little more tasty and easy to get too,,. Currently I carry my nourishment under my jersey over my belly as I can't get to my back pockets because of the fanny pack back there plus my arm mobility behind me are not that good anymore.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
