Day 632 ⛅ dat wind

Surprisingly warm, but ridiculously windy. For all its weight the AWOL is such a wobbly beast in the wind, front end keeps trying to take off into the shrubbery. Even with glasses on I ended up with eyes full of grit & sticks.

Djerring trail to Caulfield, a lap of the race course, down through Hedgely Dene and back along Waverley road and up to Murrumbeena, carefully threading my way through the intersection where some of Melbourne's Marvellous Motorists (tm) had driven into each other and left cars, bits of cars and fluids from cars across the roads. Final stretch home along the Djerring trail where a surprising number of people seemed to have decided it was suddenly "walk on the wrong side friday"

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
